Hi, I'm Richard Ho, founder of RRR Performance.
Like most people, my fitness journey didn't start with a perfect plan or instant motivation. It started with confusion. I spent years bouncing between workouts that didn't fit my schedule, nutrition advice that felt extreme, and routines that were impossible to maintain long-term.
What finally changed everything wasn't working harder—it was working smarter. Once I learned how to train with structure, eat in a way that actually fit my lifestyle, and stay consistent without burning out, my results followed.
Today, I coach people who are tired of guessing and ready for real guidance. My goal isn't just to help you look better—it's to help you build routines you can actually stick to.
